Using data (where available), sharing our knowledge from working on over sixty brand concepts to date plus introducing you to useful clients with specific technical knowledge, we’ll help you understand what it will take to succeed and what barriers to entry need to be overcome. We’ll discuss IP, quantify the size of the prize and be here to provide the answers to your questions allowing you to fast-track your plans.
Creating a brand is more than design, before you even speak to an agency its important to ensure you’re really clear on your brand values are, its personality and its purpose. We’ll work with you to create a brand essence and strategy, before introducing you to some of the very best in the business that can design your brand and working to your budget. Whilst we’re not designers, we’re here to offer invaluable & independent advice all the way through on the design process and ensure that it meets your brief and we ensure the packaging design meets trade and legal requirements plus has wide consumer appeal.
At this step having the right trade strategy is key to your launch. Ensuring exactly who you are looking to target, establishing how you are you going to engage and communicate with your audience is vital to a fast start. We’ll lead debate, challenge your thinking and guide you through this process to ensure we end up with the right ‘roadmap’ for your brand and who (and who not to) approach. Along the way, we’ll identify key milestones and targets, plus at the right time for you, we’ll make the necessary introductions to you that matter.
Your first customer
We specialise in building powerful, memorable and effective trade pitches that achieve cut-through. By personalising the offering, talking in relevant retailer language and approaching the right buyer, we’ll work with you to ensure you get that all-important opportunity to pitch. We can also book the pitch meeting for you and join you, if you wish. After the pitch, we’ll advise and help you negotiate your listing, get prepared and ensure effective market implementation.
Launching Your Brand
We’ll offer advice on how to spend your trade budget. We’ll help work with approved suppliers to help you make a big splash at launch. From problem solving logistics to finding a PR agency, and from building you a detailed forecast to finalising your packaging. We’ll ensure you have a critical path that works and is aligned with your first customer’s timelines. Most importantly, once the product is ‘on shelf’, we’ll help guide you to make sure consumers add it to their shopping baskets.
